In taking receipt of your drawings/specification we project manage client requirements, interpreting the specification, consulting and offering guidance and recommendations where applicable to ensure client requirements are met in full. Specification of alternate materials/ connectors can often be provided in order to achieve material cost reduction on ongoing manufacture.
Cable assembly can be undertaken on a full turnkey basis, free-issue or part free-issue as required.
MPSI offers low cost manufacture of custom moulded cables from several approved far-eastern facilities. This can be surprisingly cost effective on low-medium colume requirements but is particularly advantageous on medium-high volume requirements.

MPSI supplies IEC C13 mains power cords/lead variants for every country/region worldwide. All of our cords carry applicable country or region approvals such as CE, VDE, KEMA, BS, UL/CSA.
In direct partnership with several approved far-eastern facilities, MPSI supplies a wide range of standard consumer type moulded cables at prices significantly lower than general consumer supply. This is particularly beneficial where medium-high volume supply is required for an industrial OEM application/product.
Cables can be purchased as straight through or retractable cables, to standard or custom specification & lengths and incorporate formats such as RJ45/RJ11 networking cables, USB, Firewire, HDMI, DVI, Display-Port, Mini-Port and so on.
