Our organisation is flexible and adaptable to react to changing demands but structured around core proven work instructions and processes that deliver quality and reliability, competitively and on-time.


Values & Service Undertaking

We firmly believe that it is our responsibility to fully own and manage customer orders providing effective and regular communication so that customers are not ‘second guessing’ what is going on and having to ‘micro manage’ their suppliers.

Our responsive approach to emails, calls, enquiries, orders and information requests while providing order and ship status updates helps our clients focus on their core competencies.

In the rare event that we encounter problems on supply our approach is to work to resolve expediently whilst informing the client at the first opportunity should there be risk of the issue impacting on client schedules. Our policy is one of informing the customer before the customer contacts us.

MPSI stands by the quality of our products and provides minimum warranties of 30 days on some sourced components but more often a full 12 month warranty is applicable – please refer to order applicable terms and conditions for further detail.

Great care and diligence is practiced in ensuring that customers receive product that conforms fully to the specification ordered but in the rare event of any genuine quality issues arising within the predetermined warranty period MPSI undertakes to provide either full money back guarantee, device replacements or invoice credit.


Quality Assurance

MPSI practices great diligence in the selection and management of our global suppliers.

Our Diverse Distribution service includes Franchised Distribution, Far-Eastern Products and Cable Assemblies from reputable manufacturers that are typically ISO accredited and carry a range of other approvals applicable to the product and end user region.

In providing an Independent Distribution service MPSI acknowledges the ever increasing global problem of counterfeiting and we firmly believe that we have a duty of care to ensure that we have stringent policies in place to protect both our valuable reputation and our customers from the risks of receiving counterfeit or substandard product.

To this end, we operate a ‘Safe Sourcing’ policy for electronic components as defined in our Counterfeit Policy and every shipment is thoroughly inspected for quality and compliance to specification under ESD controlled conditions. These inspection processes cannot be represented fully here but we perform a rigorous inspection and retain microscopic and photographic traceability for referencing purposes.

As part of a collaborative process, MPSI is happy to accommodate ISO questionnaire and audit requirements. Our ongoing commitment is to achieve ISO9001:2008 Compliance.
